What information do we collect?
We collect your personal data because it is necessary in relation to taking steps to enter into a contract with you as an accredited Security Installer. For the purpose of clarity, security systems are defined as including, but not limited to, Intruder Alarm Systems, Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Refuge Alarm Systems.

In addition, we do not knowingly collect personal data from, or direct our content towards, those under the age of 16.

Sharing and Transferring your Personal Information
We may share some of your personal information to our Inspectorate SSAIB (https://ssaib.org) such as your name, address, details of the type of system installed etc for certification purposes.
We will share some of your personal information to our Alarm Receiving Centre’s ARC Monitoring (http://arcmon.com) or First County Monitoring (https://firstcountymonitoring.com) and our ATS partners WebWayOne (https://webwayone.co.uk) and CSL (http://csl-group.com) such as your name, address and telephone number. We will share names and telephone numbers of your designated key-holders to enable them to contact these people should your monitored security system be activated. We will also ask you to provide us with a password which we will also share.
We may also share your personal information with Police forces and Fire and Rescue services where these are offered a points of contact for your installed systems.
We may also share your personal information to the Police, where required to do so, as part of any legal investigation or proceedings.
We may be required to share your personal information with insurance companies, where required, as part of any insurance claim which you may make.
We do not share any personal information oversees.
Where we store your personal data
We store all of your personal details on a password protected computer. Any paper documents are stored within a locked cabinet with limited staff access. We will keep you personal information securely for as long as we needs to in order for us to provide you with our products and services as part of your agreement with us.
We will take technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site or access your security systems, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. We do not store information such as credit card details, alarm security codes or passwords for any of your systems installed.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
