We provide reactive maintenance both on site and remotely. Customers with service plans can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our fast response times ensure your systems are operating as they should with little downtime.

Remote Maintenance

Unlike many security companies we ensure all our systems are connected for remote maintenance. We do not want to attend site to repair a fault any more than you want to wait for an engineer to arrive. Remote maintenance allows us to react fast and effectively to faults, and means you should never have to wait for an engineer to set your Intruder Alarm, or incur out of hours call out charges.

24/7 health monitoring

Security Systems are often forgotten about until they are needed, a fault becomes apparent, or you have a need to review CCTV footage . Our health monitoring software can monitor your systems remotely and alert you if a fault develops. This could be a hard drive failure or a CCTV camera offline. An engineer can be booked to investigate and resolve faults before they escalate into larger problems .

Compliance Management

We operate a job management system which allows our clients to access the site with all historical and future planned Planned Preventative Maintenence visits . If you operate from multiple sites you can access all information of service records in one place. The portal can be customised to allow everything from booking  jobs to authorising quotations.
